The Glasgow’s Gallery of Modern Art hosted an exhibition dedicated to street artist Banksy this past summer, and Hungry Eye was involved in the production of a CBS Morning news piece about it.
The interesting challenge in this job was to get drone footage in such a densely populated area. Situated in the heart of Glasgow, flying around the gallery meant there were many health and safety risks that had to be considered. To make things safer, we opted for a two-person crew (which is normally not required with this type of drone), and a very early start to avoid the pedestrian traffic later in the day.
For this project, we used a combination of Sony cameras: FX3, FX6 and FX9, and of course, the DJI Mini 3 for the aerial shots.
